Q. What percentage of your leads are BAD LEADS?
A. Experience shows us a factor of 4%. We more than double that factor to produce a 10% OVERFILL on all orders. This means when you purchase 100 leads you actually will receive 110 leads.

Q. But, what do we do if we have more than 10% of an order as BAD LEADS?
A. First of all be sure to test BOTH the E-Mail AND the Phone number. If they are both bad, then put that lead's phone number and e-mail address on a list and submit the list by going to The Help Desk on the website http://www.yourbestleads.com. You will receive 100% replacement of ALL bad leads over 10% that have been confirmed as BAD after they arrive.

Q. What do you do with them at that point?
A. All Bad Leads that come in are matched against a sourcing ID number identifying for the exact source, date and time. If we find a pattern of problems with a particular source we address that immediately. If it is fraudulent of nature, the sources relationship with us is terminated.

Q. Are my leads guaranteed?
A. Your leads are generated on a 'best efforts' basis using the latest 'state of the art' technology that is unique to Yourbestleads.com. Despite our continuing efforts to improve lead quality, we still have the uncertainties of Lead Generation to deal with. We have found we have about a 3%-5% variance (bad email address-phone number- kids- etc.) so we have doubled that to make up for the 10% overfill factor and give that to you up front.

Q. If I have subscribed for a website provided by Yourbestleads.com as a recruiting or retailing website and I wish to cancel my order for that site how do I do that? I'm asking about all of the sites that are made available to me for the $14.95 monthly charge.
A. Go to the Help Desk and request that your site be deactivated. The site will be deactivated and you will receive notice from customer service to that effect. There will be no more charges posted for $14.95.

Q. Is it safe to use my Credit Card to order?
A. Yes, we use a secure server authorized by THWATE. Your transactions are secure. hen on the ordering page, you will see a small lock on the page at the bottom of your screen. This indicates that all data is being coded, scrambled and then sent across the internet.

Q. Are all of the lead orders overfilled?

A. We are proud of our company and the service we provide. This is our clarification page on all issues to avoid misunderstandings.

Q. If I order leads and they're delivered to me can I request a refund?
A. We're sorry, and this does come up from time to time, but once leads are sent out to a customer they cannot be recycled and returned. You will find this clearly defined in the terms and conditions and even during the ordering process.

Q. Ok, I can understand that. What do I do to stop my Auto-Order of leads?
A. Good Question . You will find that it is covered in several places in the Terms and Conditions and during your ordering process. But to answer the question here; only you can turn off the Auto-Order System. You do this by going to the MEMBERS AREA at Yourbestleads.com and signing on with your Site/User Name and Password then going to the Modify Auto Order Link. There you can turn it on or off. When you do it posts a date and time stamp into the records. Please understand, you are the only one that can do this. It does not work to send an e-mail requesting it. It does not work to ask those at the Help Desk to do this for you. You are the only one who can do it.

Q. I want to talk to someone in person as I am not comfortable getting questions answered on the internet. What do I do?
A. We have set up a CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLL FREE LINE. You can call 877-797-4269 with your question. If our representatives are unable to take the call at the time you call in please record you message and contact phone number. You will hear back within 12-24 hours by telephone.

Q. What is the best way to reach you?
